MANNAI Avocats & Conseils is a Tunisian Law Firm created in 2013 by Me Houcem MANNAI (Attorney at Law – Senior Associate).
Our Law Firm gathers young multidisciplinary Attorneys, jurists and consultants of various trainings, graduated from Tunisian and foreign universities, they shall be able to contribute in Arabic, French and English.
Our Law Firm is locally distinguished by its structure and its attachment to international professional standards, the Firm focuses on customizing the relationship between the Attorney and the client and the quality of our service delivery.
Our Law firm emphasizes on availability, transparency and professionalism which allow us to effectively serve various customers, mainly consisting of businessmen from MENA, Europe and America.
Our clients are mainly investors, businessmen who seek for developing an activity on the Tunisian market, natural persons, public and private entities wanting at once to create, develop and protect their projects and interests in Tunisia.

​​Me MANNAI Houcem
Attorney at Law - Senior Associate
Me Houcem MANNAI had a degree in law and a master degree in Public International Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Tunis. He is also preparing his PhD in Public International Law.
After his enrolment to the bar of Attorneys of Tunisia in 2010, Houcem MANNAI has been working in many law firms before founding MANNAI Law Firm in 2013.
Houcem MANNAI is also a PhD researcher in International Law and member in the Tunisian Association of Young Attorneys.
